Ida Tili-Trebicka & Jonida Lazellari, pianists

Born and raised in Korce, Albania, Jonida Lazellari, started to play the piano at the age of 6. She holds a bachelor and a master in program of study in Piano from the University of Arts in Tirana. Jonida is currently studying piano performance with professor Ida-Tili Trebicka, at Syracuse University’s Setnor School of Music. Jonida has won many prizes and recognitions for her piano performances. 

American -Albanian Pianist Ida Tili Trebicka has performed throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia, as orchestral soloist, recitalist, and chamber musician. Born and raised Korca, Albania, she attended Tefta Tashko Koco Artistic school where she graduated with a Gold Medal, and later moved to Tirana to attend the University of Arts studying piano under Nora Cashku. In 1993 she was a winner in the Albanian National Piano Competition. A professor of piano, and chair of Keyboard Department in Setnor School of Music of Syracuse University, Ida is committed to teaching music to younger generation and installing in them the love of music.
