Stress takes a toll on us physically and psychologically. In this workshop, you will learn two techniques to lower your stress level: A simple breathing technique that can be done anywhere and anytime, and also how to fully relax your body. With just a little bit of practice, these easy-to-learn skills will help you live a more relaxed life for the rest of your life.
Tanya Atwood-Adams, MDiv, is a graduate of Yale Divinity School and has attended Relaxation Therapy Seminars through Harvard Medical School Continuing Education. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and has been a relaxation therapy practitioner for 18 years. Her teaching settings include community outreach, private clients, patients and staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Hospice of CNY.
