Join us as we open up the FFL for two hours in a special event just for our teens.

A Battle Royale is "a video game genre that blends the survival, exploration and scavenging elements of a survival game with last-man-standing gameplay. Battle royale games challenge a large number of players, starting with minimal equipment, to search for weapons and armor and eliminate all other opponents while avoiding being trapped outside of a shrinking "safe area", with the winner being the last competitor in the game." (from Wikipedia) Battle royale games like Fortnite and PUBG are very popular with teens in the Fayetteville Free Library community and we would like to give them an opportunity to participate in a live action Nerf gun Battle Royale.

During the event, participants can pick up a Nerf gun and join the fray or hang out in the community room with pizza and chips. The video game Just Dance will be on the big screen to entertain those who are knocked out of the game.

Prizes will be awarded to the winners of each game.

Pizza and drinks will be provided.

Registration is Required. Registration will open on March 9th at 8am.

A parent signed permission slip is Required. Pick one up at the circulation desk, from Margaret at any teen program, or click here to print a copy.
